Hello and Thank You for participating. We have a shareholder agreement that you should consider agreeing to. It is rather late in the game to ask, my apologies. We already invested into crypto currencies and share value has skyrocketed ever since.
The goal for this is to sideline the investors who do not agree. And also for the missing people who could not agree to take the risks with us.
Shareholders that do not agree before November 30th 2026 will have their value set to $22 per share. Then annually the value will be decreased by $5 until the par value of $2 is reached.
