We officially moved from Delaware to Wyoming.
The franchise tax was adding up and moving to Wyoming will save us money over the long run.
During the move we decreased the amount of Common shares to 17,000 units with a $2.00 par value.
We also had to change our name as The Butterfly Corporation was taken in Wyoming.
So we renamed the company “The Butterfly Investment Group”
