Tour Map

Resize the top and bottom bars to give more room for editing. Also drag the bar out to the right of my places so it is easier to read each pinned location.
See the next tour date in chronological order getting older. In this example we are looking for 2018 before the Gathering. We see it is “The Great Milenko Show” and we go to that page to copy the data to seamonkey.
When you are adding a new tour, add it as a new folder by right clicking the folder “Chronological” and selecting “Add” and then “Folder”
Copy the title of the tour for pasting on the Google Earth folder.
Paste the title of the tour
Add the date or approximate date to the beginning of the folder name.

Next we will use Seamonkey to grab the data that we will paste into the description box above for the google earth folder.

On the Seamonkey program, you will select File, New, Composer Page.
New blank composer page
Use your mouse/pointer to start selecting everything from the bottom to the top title of the page.
Highlight all the way up to the top of the page (but below the menu) and copy.
Paste the data from the Riddlebox site to the Seamonkey blank composer page.
Pasted website data will look like this.
Save the html file in Seamonkey as the Date or approximate dates and the tour name. If you are naming an individual show, include the location in the file name please.
On the Menu bar of Seamonkey Composer, select View and then HTML Source to display the page as code.
Copy everything from the start <html> to the bottom. You will paste this into Google Earth.
Paste the html code into the description box and click OK.

How to save your kmz file for google earth.

Please save your initials or something in the kmz file name so I can keep track of who is helping.

For example I would save new files as “tour_map_dv_01.kmz”

Email your kmz file and the html files to juggaloislandgotj@gmail.com
